REAL PRO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

REAL PRO produces premium handcrafted protein bars and functional nutritional snacks made in Lebanon. We take immense care to ensure that product descriptions, nutritional facts, ingredient lists, and net weights are accurate and transparent.

Nutritional content and packaging representations on the website are for informational purposes. Nutritional requirements vary by individual. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

All prices listed on the storefront are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are indicated in USD (and displayed in local Lebanese currency LBP at the prevailing market or storefront rate where applicable).

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price or inventory. An order is deemed accepted only when you receive an official order confirmation receipt via email from REAL PRO with an assigned order number.

We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of our products to any person, household, or geographic region. In the event that a product is listed with incorrect pricing due to typographical error, we maintain the right to cancel any orders placed for that item prior to dispatch.

REAL PRO offers secure payment methods to accommodate our customers:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders shipped within Lebanon. Payment must be made in full to the courier upon delivery of the sealed package.
• Online Card Payments: Where enabled, credit and debit card transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. REAL PRO does not store your complete card credentials on our servers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

We ship across all governorates and districts of Lebanon via dedicated courier partners. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Beirut.

• Delivery Timelines: Typical domestic delivery takes 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation. Delays may occasionally arise due to adverse weather, road closures, or remote delivery addresses.
• Recipient Responsibility: Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and building/apartment directions are accurate. Couriers will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to arrival.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: You are encouraged to inspect the exterior condition of the package upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, please document the package and notify us immediately.

To maintain the highest food safety and hygienic standards for our consumers, perishable food items and opened protein bars cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the REAL PRO name, logo, packaging typography, graphic assets, photography, recipes, product formulations, trademarks, and design system, is the exclusive intellectual property of REAL PRO and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, branding, or products without express written authorization from REAL PRO.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REAL PRO, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or consumption of products beyond the monetary value of the order in dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded under Lebanese consumer protection regulations.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any legal dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
